Custom operations software

Software built around the way your business works.

Quoting, scheduling, job tracking, inventory, bookings and payments for owner-led businesses in any industry. We build what you need, leave out what you don't, and host it in Canada. Pricing is set around how your business earns, with no per-seat fees.

The problem with off-the-shelf

Generic software, specific business.

Most small businesses end up running on tools designed for someone else, then patching the gaps with spreadsheets, whiteboards and memory.

Built for everyone

Big platforms try to serve every kind of business at once. You get dozens of features you'll never touch and still miss the one your workflow depends on.

Priced per seat, every month

Subscriptions charge the same in your slowest month as your busiest, often billed annually, with extra fees for every person you add.

You bend to the software

Your quoting, scheduling and payment process gets reshaped around someone else's template, and your team works around what doesn't fit.

What we build

Something else?

If your business runs on spreadsheets, whiteboards and one person's memory, it can probably run better. Tell us how it works today and we'll tell you honestly whether a custom system makes sense.

Describe your business
How pricing works

Priced around how you earn. Never per seat.

Every business earns differently, so pricing is set for each client and agreed in writing before any work starts.

When payments run through your system, such as bookings, deposits or online orders, you usually pay a small percentage of what it processes instead of a monthly software bill. A slow month costs you less, and our incentives line up with yours.

When they don't, for example when you invoice from your accounting software, we quote a fixed price for the build and for ongoing support.

Either way there are no per-seat fees, so adding people never costs more. Your agreement spells out the price, what's included, and how you can leave with your data if you ever want to.

Data residency

Your data stays in Canada.

Most popular business platforms are American companies, and your customer list, orders and payment history often live on servers in the United States. The systems we build keep that data in Canadian data centres by default, handled under Canadian privacy law.

That's one less question when a larger customer, a school board or a government office asks where their information lives.

How a build runs

Six phases, all visible in your portal.

You'll always know where your build is, what's next and what we need from you.

  1. 01

    Discover

We walk through your business from first enquiry to final invoice and agree on what the first version must do.

  2. 02

    Design

Screens, flows and data laid out for your approval before anything is built.

  3. 03

    Build

Working software, shown to you as it comes together. You approve each milestone in the portal.

  4. 04

    Test

Your team tests a working prototype right in your portal: a quote, a job, a change, a payment. Anything that doesn't work gets flagged in a click.

  5. 05

    Launch

We move your data across, train your team and go live at a quiet moment.

  6. 06

    Support

Fixes and improvements as your business changes. Open a support ticket from your portal any time and follow it to resolution, with reply times you can count on.

Questions

Frequently asked.

Do you only build for event businesses?

No. Events and hospitality is where our experience runs deepest, but the same approach works for trades and manufacturers, service companies, professional firms and retailers.

How much does a custom system cost?

It depends on what your system needs to do, how your business takes payments and the volume that runs through it. Send a proposal request and you'll get a clear price in writing before any work starts.

How long does a build take?

It depends on scope. You'll get a timeline with dated milestones before we start, and you can follow progress and test prototypes in your portal.

Can it connect to the tools I already use?

Usually, yes. Accounting, calendars, email marketing and payment tools with an integration or API can be connected, so information flows without re-typing.

Who owns my data?

You do. Your customer list, jobs and history belong to your business, and you can export them.

Where is my data stored?

In Canada. The systems we build store their data in Canadian data centres by default and follow Canadian privacy law. Card payments are handled by the payment provider, which processes card details itself.

What would your business look like with software that fits?

Tell us how you run things today and we'll send a proposal, or tell you honestly if a custom system doesn't make sense yet.
