Mimlet Portal is the secure online workspace where clients of Mimlet Operations follow their project and work with us. Access is by invitation: we create a login for each person at a client business.

Follow your project
See each project phase by phase, with its progress, the next milestone and a timeline of updates from us.
Proposals and pricing options
Read your proposal, compare the pricing options side by side, ask questions or ask for changes, and choose the option that suits you.
Approve work
Approve designs and milestones, and accept or decline quotes for extra work, with a record of every decision.
Test prototypes
Try each new version of your system inside the portal before it launches, and send us your test results.
Support tickets
Report a problem or ask for a change, add screenshots, and follow each ticket until it's done.
Messages and email
Send us a message at any time. The portal emails you when something needs you, and you can answer by replying to that email.
Agreements
Read and sign agreements online, and keep a signed copy with the date and time of each signature.
Statements and numbers
See your statements and what's due, and the handful of weekly numbers that show how your business is running.
Guides and meeting notes
Find your system's guides, shared documents and the notes from each meeting.
Your own login, your choice of how to sign in.
Each person has their own login, created by Mimlet Operations. You can sign in with your email and password, with a sign-in link we email you, or with your Microsoft or Google account if it uses the same email address as your login. Signing in with Microsoft or Google never creates a new login.
What Mimlet Portal gets from Google. If you choose Sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address, a link to your profile picture and your Google account ID with Mimlet Portal. We use them only to confirm who you are and match you to your portal login. Mimlet Portal doesn't receive your Google password and can't see your Gmail, contacts, calendar, Drive files or anything else in your Google account. We never sell this information or use it for advertising.
Microsoft sign-in works the same way: Microsoft shares your email address and a Microsoft account ID, used only to sign you in.
Private to your business, stored in Canada.
Mimlet Portal stores its information in Canada. Each client business can see only its own information, and Mimlet Operations staff see it only to do the work.
