Booking, client, inventory and payment systems for venues, planners, caterers, rental and decor companies, designers, DJs and every business that makes events happen. We build what your business needs and leave out what it doesn't. There's no subscription: you pay a small commission on the revenue your system processes, so you only pay when you're getting paid.
Not in events? See custom software for other industries
Event businesses end up running on software designed for someone else's business, then patching the gaps with spreadsheets.
Generic platforms serve every kind of business at once. You get dozens of features you'll never touch and still miss the one your workflow depends on.
Subscriptions charge the same in February as in August, often billed annually, with extra fees for every user you add. In 2025, one of the most popular planner platforms raised its plan prices by 51 to 89 percent.2
Your enquiry process, packages and payment schedule get reshaped around someone else's template, and your team works around what doesn't fit.
Twenty years across the event industry means we know how each one really works. Here's the kind of thing we build, by type of business.
And the rest of the event world: tents and staging, bakers and cake designers, hair and makeup, officiants, stationers, transportation, event staffing agencies, photo booths, festivals and ticketed events. If your calendar fills up around other people's big days, we can build for it.
A subscription charges the same every month. A commission follows your revenue: it's highest when you're busiest and close to nothing when you're quiet. For a seasonal business, that's the difference between a bill you can plan around and one that lands in your slowest month.
Share of a year's software cost paid each month, for a typical wedding-season business
Illustration only, assuming the same total cost over a year. The seasonal pattern follows The Knot 2026 Real Weddings Study (76% of weddings May to October; October and June 16% each, May 14%, September 13%, December 1%); the remaining months are an even split of the rest. Your own pattern will differ.3
| Month | Commission share | Subscription share |

Your system is built, launched and maintained without a monthly software bill. Instead, a small percentage of the revenue that runs through it comes to us. No bookings in a month means no commission that month.
It also keeps our incentives lined up with yours. We're paid to build something that helps you take more bookings and get paid faster, not to lock you into a contract.
Before we start, you get a short agreement that spells out the rate, what's included, and how you can leave with your data if you ever want to.
Most popular event platforms are American companies, and your client list, event details and payment history often live on servers in the United States. The systems we build keep that data in Canadian data centres by default, handled under Canadian privacy law.
That's one less question when a corporate client, school board or government office asks where their information lives, and one less thing to explain to your own customers.

You'll always know where your build is, what's next and what we need from you.
We walk through your business from first enquiry to final invoice and agree on what the first version must do.
Screens, flows and data laid out for your approval before anything is built.
Working software, shown to you as it comes together. You approve each milestone in the portal.
Your team tests a working prototype right in your portal: a booking, a deposit, a change, a cancellation. Anything that doesn't work gets flagged in a click.
We move your data across, train your team and go live at a quiet moment, never mid-season if we can help it.
Fixes and improvements as your business changes. Open a support ticket from your portal any time and follow it to resolution, with reply times you can count on.
It depends on what your system needs to do and the volume that runs through it. Send a proposal request and you'll get a clear rate in writing before any work starts.
Then there's no commission that month. That's the point of the model.
Most systems take client payments online, and the commission is applied automatically when a client pays you. Where payments happen outside the system, we invoice monthly from the numbers in your portal.
It depends on scope. You'll get a timeline with dated milestones before we start, and you can follow progress live in your portal.
Usually, yes. Accounting, calendars, email marketing and payment tools with an integration or API can be connected, so information flows without re-typing.
You do. Your client list, bookings and history belong to your business, and you can export them.
In Canada. The systems we build store their data in Canadian data centres by default and follow Canadian privacy law. Card payments are processed by the payment provider, which handles card details itself.
